Insurance
I am an out of network provider. Although I don’t work directly with insurance companies, I can provide you with a “super bill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your provider to obtain details on your policy.
Benefits of Private Pay
When you decide to pay privately for your services, you are choosing to seek more confidentiality as your private health information is not required to be shared with insurance if you are not paying for services through them.
When we bill insurance companies , your files including possible diagnosis, treatment planning and progress may be periodically audited/reviewed by your insurance company. As a private payer, all files and information remain 100% confidential.
Many insurance companies require that you choose a therapist in their network, even when this is not the best option. When you pay privately for services, you have the freedom to choose the therapist who is right for you.
