Drama Therapy Techniques as a Vehicle for Change

Through my experience with my clients I have discovered how drama therapy and expressive arts as a method of exploration often allows clients access to unconscious processes in ways that talk therapy alone does not.  Rest assured that you need absolutely no experience or “talent”. The focus is the process of engaging, exploring and expressing what you encounter in your inner world.

My clients usually find drama therapy and expressive arts helpful in unraveling complex and confusing feeling and experiences, and often have an “aha” moment when engaged in these methods. My clients come to appreciate how revealing, empowering and healing the expressive arts in therapy are; helping them to bring energy and vitality to their life and continuing growth.
